We are looking for Nandocas (that's what we call our amazing staff) who have fire in their bellies to ignite passion into our beautiful restaurants, and deliver and exceptional experience to our customers.

The Role:

Patrao means head of the family in Portuguese. Our Patrao's are the life and soul of our restaurants and make all the big decisions.

As a Patrao you will be responsible for managing the restaurant and providing great leadership and coaching to the team. You will aim for operational excellence and strive to exceed customer expectations, by delivering delicious products to our customers whilst maintaining food safety standards. You'll also be responsible for keeping our Nandocas and customers safe at work!

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail or service related industry essential. Experience in a hospitality restaurant related industry preferred;

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience essential;

• Track record in achieving KPIs, particularly sales and profit essential. Balanced scorecard environment (or equivalent) preferred;  

• Proven ability to engage, lead and motivate others essential;

• Ability to work shifts essential;

• Exceptional communication skills and great customer service skills essential; 

• A positive, punctual and professional approach essential; and

• Strict adherence to all company policies including all food handling and safety procedures.
