We are seeking APS 4 Assistant Hostel Managers and APS 5 Hostel Managers to join our friendly and dedicated team in Leichhardt, Sydney. Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring high standards of service and accommodation.
• Manage and mentor staff to create a cohesive and effective team.
• Maintain compliance with relevant policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Liaise with stakeholders and community organisations to enhance service delivery.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or accommodation management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Sound knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in hostel management.
