The Buckingham Arms Hotel is part of the Matthews Hospitality family owned business operating 7 Hotels in South Australia.

We are currently seeking a full-time Gaming Manager.

The Role:

As Gaming Manager you will report directly to the Venue Manager.  Your role will be to maximise the profitability and service standards within the gaming room.

As part of our leadership team you will be responsible for ensuring gaming employees deliver exceptional customer service while complying with company policies.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in gaming related industry essential. Experience in a hospitality restaurant related industry preferred;
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience essential;
• A current Gaming Badge, Attend Gaming, RSA, RSG and all required certificates are an advantage;
• Track record in achieving KPIs, particularly sales and profit essential. Balanced scorecard environment (or equivalent) preferred;  
• Proven ability to engage, lead and motivate others essential;
• Ability to work shifts essential;
• Exceptional communication skills and great customer service skills essential; 
• A positive, punctual and professional approach essential; and
• Strict adherence to all company policies including all food handling and safety procedures.
