The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining and beverage operations. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing a team of dedicated professionals, and driving profitability within our food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue goals and maximise profitability.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of servers, bartenders, chefs, and support staff to deliver outstanding service.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness throughout all outlets.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering, and cost management to optimise profitability.
  • Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.


About You:

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, cost control, and revenue management.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
